Espresso Martini

Ingredients
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh espresso
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Coffee beans for garnish
Method
  • Pull fresh espresso, let cool slightly
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
  • Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  • Strain into chilled coupe
  • Garnish with three coffee beans

Seasonal Latte

Ingredients
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 8 oz steamed milk
  • 2 oz seasonal syrup
  • Cinnamon or spice to taste
Method
  • Pull double shot of espresso
  • Steam milk to 150-155°F
  • Add seasonal syrup to cup
  • Pour espresso over syrup
  • Add steamed milk with gentle pour
  • Top with foam and garnish

Mindful Pour-Over

Ingredients
  • 20g fresh coffee beans
  • 300g filtered water at 200°F
Method
  • Grind beans to medium-fine
  • Rinse filter with hot water
  • Add grounds, create well in center
  • Bloom: pour 40g water, wait 30s
  • Pour in slow circles to 300g
  • Let drain completely (3-4 min)
  • Savor each sip with intention
