Honey Cardamom Espresso Martini

Ingredients
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz espresso
  • ½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
Method
  • Pull espresso, cool slightly.
  • Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously.
  • Strain into coupe.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom.

Cornbread Latte

A warm, buttery latte with a golden cornbread sweetness.

Cornbread Latte

Ingredients
  • Cornbread Syrup:
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown butter (or regular butter)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Latte:
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 8–10 oz steamed milk
  • 1–2 tbsp cornbread syrup (to taste)
Method
  • Make the Syrup:
  • Toast the cornflakes in a dry pan until deep golden and fragrant.
  • Add water, brown sugar, brown butter, and salt.
  • Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Let steep 10 minutes.
  • Strain well and cool.
  • Make the Latte:
  • Pull a fresh shot of espresso.
  • Add 1–2 tbsp of cornbread syrup and stir.
  • Steam milk to a smooth, velvety texture.
  • Pour over espresso.
  • Optional: finish with a tiny pinch of cinnamon or nothing at all for a clean flavor.

Brown Sugar Freddo Espresso

A cool, aerated Greek-style espresso lightly sweetened with warm brown sugar.

Brown Sugar Freddo Espresso

Ingredients
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1–2 tsp brown sugar
  • Ice
Method
  • Pull a fresh shot of espresso
  • Add espresso, brown sugar, and a handful of ice to your andeº pitcher (fill halfway).
  • Insert the steam wand just below the surface of the liquid.
  • Turn steam low and aerate for 3–5 seconds, until the espresso becomes light and frothy.
  • Pour into a glass filled with fresh ice.
