Processing & Delivery

Standard delivery: 7–10 days from order date.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel right. If something needs to be returned, we've made it simple.

What's Eligible
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Return
Email pause.ande@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds process within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Follow the same return process and note the item you'd like instead.

Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
